Advance Payment Required

To confirm a Pre-Order, pre-payment is mandatory.

• Nagad

This helps us reserve your product with our suppliers and maintain order priority.

Estimated Delivery

Each Pre-Order includes an estimated arrival and delivery timeline.

• Timelines may vary due to supplier availability, import process, or logistics delays.
• Any unexpected delay will be communicated to you promptly.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders

You can cancel a Pre-Order before supplier confirmation.
After confirmation, cancellation is only possible if the item becomes:

• Unavailable
• Excessively delayed
• Discontinued by the supplier

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds for Pre-Orders

If a Pre-Order is canceled by either you (when eligible) or Vorosa Bajar due to supply issues, the full amount will be refunded via your original payment method.

Exchange & Return of Pre-Order Items

Pre-Order items are eligible for exchange or return only if:

• The product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for Pre-Orders due to supplier and reservation commitments.
