Prepaid Order Cancellation

COD Order Cancellation

• You can cancel before the order is dispatched without any charges.

Pre-Order Items

• Pre-orders require advance payment and are processed separately.
• You can cancel only before supplier confirmation.
• Once confirmed or shipped by the supplier, pre-orders cannot be canceled unless delayed or unavailable.

• Payment verification fails.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• The delivery address is incorrect or unreachable.

In such cases, you will receive a full refund, where applicable.
