When Can You Request an Exchange?
You are eligible for an exchange if:
- You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product.
- The size, weight, or variation doesn’t match your order.
- You contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
How to Request an Exchange?
Requesting an exchange is simple:

Proof Requirement:
To ensure smooth processing, we kindly ask that you take photos or videos of the item and its packaging if there is a problem. While we trust our customers, this proof helps us quickly resolve any issues and makes the process more efficient.
Exchange Process:
Once your request is approved:
- Collection: We’ll arrange to collect the incorrect item.
- Replacement: A replacement will be shipped as soon as the returned item is received or verified.
- Updates: Our team will keep you informed throughout the process.
Conditions for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
- All accessories, tags, and extras must be included.
- Customer-damaged items are not eligible for exchange.
Pre-Order & Special Items:
Pre-order or special items can only be exchanged if they are damaged or defective.
